Who we look for
Attitude — seeing a job through to the end — matters to us far more than how many lines a CV runs to. Background, nationality and where someone trained are not part of the decision. If you are willing to learn, willing to get your hands dirty and able to deliver, we want to talk.

Reviews look at capability and at results. The standard is set out in advance and explained afterwards. People who do well do not need connections, and they will not be overlooked.
