   The text, layout and images on this site are for introduction only and do not constitute a quotation or an offer. The actual scope, specification and price of any works are governed by the contract and drawings signed by both parties.

2. Quotations

   Quotations

   Quotations are calculated on the drawings and specifications provided. If the design, quantities or site conditions change after quoting, the programme and price must be confirmed again.

3. Drawings & intellectual property

   Drawings & IP

   Ownership of the shop drawings, fabrication drawings and models we produce for a project is set by the contract; we will not use them on another project without consent.

4. Warranty & care

   Warranty & care

   The scope and period of the warranty are as set out in the contract. Damage caused by others, unauthorised alterations, and components we did not install fall outside it.

5. Governing law

   Governing law

   These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and disputes are handled by the Hong Kong courts.
