Services & Process

Scope & Process

From facade design, materials supply and structural calculation through to site installation and project supervision, every stage is run by our own team — and every stage produces something that can be delivered and checked.

Works we take on

  • glass curtain walls
  • aluminium doors and windows
  • automatic doors
  • shopfronts
  • glass walls
  • glass and metal railings
  • marble cladding
  • aluminium fins
  • louvres
  • canopies
  • sunshades
  • metal cladding panels
  • metal architectural forms
  • metalwork and steel structures

For access to the facade — the calculation, supply and installation of gondolas — see Gondola Services.

  1. Facade design

We develop the panel divisions, junctions and materials from the architectural drawings and the facade requirements, and supply everything the design calls for.

Output: shop drawings + material schedule
  2. Structural calculation

Our specialist team calculates the facade components precisely, checking loads, deflection and factors of safety.

    Output: structural calculation report
  3. Fabrication

Profiles, aluminium panels and glass are machined and assembled to the drawings, with dimensions and surface finishes inspected before they leave the factory.

    Output: pre-delivery inspection records
  4. Installation

Properly qualified teams install each project to the specified procedures, setting and aligning it panel by panel.

    Output: installation records
  5. Site management

An experienced management team supervises each project, coordinates our works with other trades, and keeps quality to the client's requirements and completion on programme.

    Output: progress reports
  6. Finishing & care

Making good and touching up after completion, then inspection, maintenance and repair services after handover.

    Output: maintenance arrangements

Standardisation

Standardisation is not about looking tidy. It is about building every panel the same way — when the sequence is consistent, quality and programme are far easier to predict, and when something drifts we find the cause sooner.

  • Standardised build

Panel setting-out is fixed at design stage: taking the structural grid of the building as the basis, the factory can produce assemblies in batches to one set of dimensions, and transport specifications are standardised with them. With every panel built the same way on site, quality and programme are easier to predict.

  • Reliable quality

We write our construction procedures as specifications and organise cross-departmental teams around quality — design, procurement and construction sit in the same team, so drawings, materials and site conditions are updated together. Quality is not a final checkpoint; it is a shared responsibility that runs through the whole process.
