Innovation
AI Assist
AI is not here to replace judgement. It hands the repetitive comparison and tracking to the system, so the team's time goes to the decisions that need experience. These five applications are already in daily use.
-
Drawing consolidation
The system compares design drawings with process requirements, finds drawings that overlap or repeat, and consolidates them where tolerances and process standards allow — fewer repeat moulds, and less back-and-forth between design and fabrication.
Fewer repeat moulds, less back-and-forth -
Production tracking
Production data flows back from the factory continuously; the system sets plan and actual progress side by side, flags deviations as they appear, and keeps delivery dates within grasp.
Delivery dates stay within grasp -
Installation tracking
On-site installation progress is monitored the same way: completion and manpower allocation are compared as they change, so installation keeps a high, orderly pace.
Installation stays fast -
Installation difficulty analysis
Drawings and site conditions are analysed to identify the positions that are harder to install, so that the build method and sequence can be planned in advance and less is left to improvisation on site.
Build method optimised early -
Hardware consumption monitoring
Fixings issued to site and their consumption are tracked; positions and processes with abnormal usage are flagged, keeping materials management and running costs at a healthy level.
Materials and running costs stay healthy
That data then flows back up to management — sequence, manpower and supply are reviewed against data, not impressions.
Intelligent Production
-
Robotic welding
Robots in the welding sequence: consistent seams and stable precision, higher efficiency, and no need for workers to stay in a hot environment for hours.
-
AI monitoring
AI keeps watch on the day-to-day safety of the curtain wall and the supervision work. Together with site inspections, risks surface early and the management team can respond faster.
Material Pricing
We have built a material pricing platform that consolidates key price data — commodities, sea freight, PV modules and more — and projects where prices are heading with a trend model. The procurement team can therefore spot a market shift earlier and buy at the right moment; cost control, negotiation and supply-chain decisions all rest on the same data.
-
Commodities
Price movements for the main materials: aluminium, steel, glass.
-
Sea freight
Shipping costs move with route and season, and are built into the model as well.
-
PV modules
Prices for photovoltaic modules, for reference on integrated facade schemes.
- When to buy The signal arrives before the market turns.
- Cost control Quotes and cost budgets work from the same data.
- Negotiation & supply chain Data in hand when we sit down with suppliers.
Digital Management
A digital model simulates and analyses project conditions, and design data and production data are shared inside the factory — change a drawing and the production side follows in step, so discrepancies shrink.
The management system reaches out to site as well: quality and safety issues are listed by category, location and rectification status, so it is clear who is following up and when it will be closed.
